These photographs are of a public performance of the Adlib Steel Orchestra in the East Meadow Public Library on April 8, 2017.
Unlike most "library gigs" where the band performs in a meeting room or auditorium at a library, this time Adlib performed in the library itself, next to the circulation desk, in front of the stacks. Many library patrons who came to borrow or return books and who never would have attended a performance in a meeting room had the opportunity to enjoy Adlib's performance.
