The live service drop had been laying in the road for two days since the storm. About two blocks from where I live.

The woman in the affected house thought they were going to get her power back. Unfortunately the service entrance had been ripped from the side of her house, she needs an electrician to fix that before her service can be restored.

tried to explain that to her, but she is Hispanic and speaks little English. I'm not sure she understood. She looked confused.

However the husband was a contractor with electrician friends. They repaired her service entrance and she had her power back the next day.
